Highlights
Oigawa Railway Steam Locomotive
The only railway line in Japan operating steam locomotive train along Oigawa River (north to south) almost every day.
You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of green tea farm and atmosphere of countryside.
By our arrangement, you can have bento lunch and momidahi-tea on S.L.
(For vegetarians, vegetarian bento is also available.)
Chameikan
They have a sophisticated Japanese tatami room for tea lecture and beautiful Japanese garden.
You can learn how to pour delicious tea and enjoy tasting several kinds of tea with Japanese confectioneries.
Shiogo Suspension Bridge
Originally it was used for daily life.
The longest suspension bridge over Oi River.
lenghth:220m, height:11m, capacity:up to 10 people at a time
Enjoy the thrill and countryside across this narrow suspension bridge.
Farmer’s house stay
Enjoy the local life with farmers. tea farm visiting, harvest experience, cooking dinner with farmers, small fireworks, B.B.Q. (on your request, kimono wearing experience is also possible.)
Relax and Enjoy as if you were at your parents’ house.

Itinerary
Day1
10:00 AM, meet with our staff at JR Shizuoka Station, hand over all the tickets and maps
10:42 AM, take JR Tokaido Line to Kanaya,
11:13 AM, arrive at Kanaya Station, transfer to Oigawa railway
11:26 AM, take Oigawa railway normal train to Shin-Kanaya
11:29 AM, arrive at Shin-Kanaya Station
11:52 AM, take Steam locomotive head to Shimoizumi
11:52 Am, take steam locomotive, (bento lunch will be served on S.L)
12:45 PM, arrive at Shimoizumi Station.
Head to farmers house by car via Chameikan and Shiogo Suspension Bridge.

9:52 AM, take Oigawa railway normal train head to Kanaya
